The Six Pillars

What the Method covers

01

Mindset & Identity

The confidence that outlasts any single room.

02

Audition Strategy

Material and room strategy that turns auditions into bookings.

03

Career Navigation

How the industry actually works — and how to move through it.

04

Financial Literacy

Irregular income, stability, and the long game.

05

Relationships & Support

The people and family decisions that become part of the plan.

06

Sustainable Success

A career you can actually live — without burning out.

Why a Method

Talent gets you in the room. A system keeps you in the industry.

Most training stops at the audition. The Booked It! Method™ goes further — treating your craft, your career, and your life as one connected system, so the work you build actually lasts.

Meet Brittney

I made Broadway history. Now I teach artists how to build a legacy of their own.

I'm the first Black woman and woman of color to play Glinda in Wicked on Broadway. I played Éponine in Les Misérables on Broadway, shared the stage with Audra McDonald in Gypsy, and took the stage in Motown, Beautiful, and more. I'm also a coach, an author, a wife, and a mom (not always in that order). My real work lives in the space between ambition and motherhood, presence and performance. I'm helping artists build sustainable careers, and lives they're proud of.
