Brittney Johnson

History- making Broadway performer, entrepreneur, and founder of Booked It! Studios.

Helping performers create work that reflects who they are —and develop systems that support a consistent, sustainable career.

Because talent alone isn’t enough.

I’ve spent my career working in prestigious Broadway shows including Wicked, Les Misérables, Gypsy, Sunset Boulevard, Beautiful: The Carole King Musical, and more.

I learned quickly that talent alone does not build a sustainable career.

What matters is clarity — in your work, your values, and how your career fits into your life as an artist.

The Booked It! Difference

Most performers aren’t stuck because they lack talent.
They’re stuck because they don’t have a system to translate it into consistent work.

  • I created Booked It! Studios because I saw how many talented performers were stuck.

Not because they weren’t skilled — but because they didn’t know how to position themselves, make specific choices, or navigate the audition room with confidence.

This work is about closing that gap — between training and a real, sustainable career.

  • I don’t believe in quick fixes or surface-level adjustments.

The goal is to help you understand what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and how to consistently show up with clarity and confidence.

Because when your work is clear, everything changes — how you perform, how you’re perceived, and how you move through your career.

  • For a long time, I thought that if I just worked hard and kept improving, everything else would fall into place.

And in many ways, it did — I’ve had the opportunity to perform on Broadway in shows like Wicked, Les Misérables, Gypsy, Sunset Boulevard, Beautiful, and Motown.

But even in those spaces, I started to notice something.

The difference between artists who were working consistently and those who weren’t wasn’t just talent — it was a grounded clarity in who they were as an artist and what they had to offer in any room.

That realization shifted how I approached my work — and eventually, how I began helping other artists approach theirs.

This is the work that moves and inspires me — helping performers become the best version of themselves artistically and personally.

If you’re ready to approach your auditions differently—

This work is designed to help you move with clarity, confidence, and precision — in the audition room, and in your artistic life.
