Brittney Johnson as Glinda in Wicked on Broadway
Your Host

History-making Broadway actress Brittney Johnson.

I've been exactly where your student is now — and I know what it takes to get into these programs. I'm the first Black woman and woman of color to play Glinda in Wicked on Broadway, an NYU Tisch graduate, a professor at the Norwalk Conservatory of the Arts, and the author of How to Make It on Broadway.

In about 25 minutes, I'll walk you through how college auditions really work, what programs want, and how to prepare — then answer your questions live.
